2021, Persanne Giftcarton fermented half red and halfPersanne is a rare cuve made from 100% Persan an almost forgotten grape from the alpine regions around Savoie and Isre. Working with spontaneous fermentation and aging without intervention, Franois Grinand brings an almost disappeared variety back to the light with this wine.
